Currently we ship to the contiguous USA, Canada, U.K., and Australia. To place an international order outside of the these locations, email us your order details, full name, phone number, and shipping address to and our team will be in touch with you within 2 to 3 business days.

Please note customs, tax and duty fees may be applied.

MOR Collections accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 7 days of you receiving your order for orders within the contiguous US.

For orders within the contiguous US, if you are dissatisfied with your MOR Collections purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund.

From the date you receive your order (the date listed as delivered on your tracking number), you have 7 days to return your item(s) for either a refund to your original payment method or for a store credit.

Request Store Credit - FREE. We will provide you with a gift card for the original purchase price of your order.

Request Refund to Original Payment Method - A $10 shipping fee applies which will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be processed via the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.

Returns must be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number).

If you return a package 4 or more days after receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number), we will not be able to provide a refund and will ship you back the item(s) you returned.

You may return an item purchased from MOR Collections provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

The below items and orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

All international orders, outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, etcc)

All bags and clutches

Sale items

Items altered by Hemster

Original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds
