Domestic USA & Canada Orders:

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 within the contiguous USA & Canada.
  • We offer the option for 2-day priority shipping for an add'l charge within the contiguous USA. Orders take two business days after processing.

International Orders:

  • Free international shipping for orders over $250 USD.
  • Please note customs, tax and duty fees may be applied on all international orders.

Most MOR Collections' orders, including 2-day and other expedited shipping methods, typically ship within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order has been placed.

During times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended.

You may be asked to verify additional information if your order has been system flagged. We are not responsible for additional delays if an order has been flagged.

For destinations within the contiguous US, MOR Collections' product orders for ready to ship items via standard shipping typically take 5 to 8 business days to be delivered after the order has been shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays.*

Packages are shipped after they have been fulfilled. Most orders take to 2 to 3 business days to be fulfilled once an order has been placed.

You may get your order in as few as 2 to 3 business days by upgrading your shipping at checkout.

Currently we ship to the contiguous USA, Canada, U.K., Puerto Rico, India, South Africa, Mauritius, Fiji, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Netherlands, France and Australia. To place an international order outside of the these locations, email us your order details, full name, phone number, and shipping address to mor@morcollections.com and our team will be in touch with you within 2 to 3 business days.

We offer returns for eligible items within 5 days of delivery receipt for orders within the contiguous USA.

Ready to Ship & Made to Order Items

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery receipt. Click here to start a return.
  • Returns MUST be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number). We strictly do not make any exceptions.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
  • Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + re-sellable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will not quality for a refund.
  • No returns on international orders outside the contiguous USA and items on sale (including Black Friday Sale purchases). Any customs, duties, and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Custom

  • All customizations are considered final sale.
  • Customizations include custom lengths, different blouse cuts, sleeve additions, custom colors, and changes to embroidery style and/or coloring.

Final Sale

The below items and orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:

  • All international orders, outside of the contiguous USA.
  • All custom items as described above.
  • Original shipping costs and taxes or duties are not eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items (including items on sale as part of our Black Friday sale).

An item purchased from MOR Collections is considered eligible for a return provided that it has not been damaged, soiled (including but not limited to deodorant or makeup stains, missing items, broken closures, rips, etc.), washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by MOR. Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.

For all returns, we highly recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered back to us or lost in transit without a receipt showing that it was dropped off for return. If there is no proof of return and the tracking does not show it was delivered back to us you will not be refunded.

Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased as part of our Black Friday sale.

We can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact mor@morcollections.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.

You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.

If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could’ve been dropped or received by someone else.

Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn’t arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service team no later than 10 business days after delivery and we will find a solution.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for any fees associated with a delivery address entered incorrectly.
