Don't 100% love the item you purchased? That's okay!

We offer returns for eligible items within 5 days of delivery receipt for orders within the contiguous USA.

Ready to Ship & Made to Order Items

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery receipt.
Returns MUST be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number). We strictly do not make any exceptions.
There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + re-sellable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will not quality for a refund.
No returns on international orders outside the contiguous USA and items on sale (including Black Friday Sale purchases). Any customs, duties, and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Custom

All customizations are considered final sale.
Customizations include custom lengths, different blouse cuts, sleeve additions, custom colors, and changes to embroidery style and/or coloring.
