Submit a return request

In order to submit a request, you will need to log into your account. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the MOR website and then request a return.

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the MOR team.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email within 72 hours of your request with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return label in order to be eligible for the return or exchange. We strictly do not make exceptions.

Be sure to add “mor@morcollections.com" to your White List/Safe Sender List to ensure you receive our emails.

We offer returns and exchanges for eligible items within 5 days of delivery receipt for orders within the continental US.

There will be a $15 shipping fee for all returns. Exchanges and returns for store credit are complimentary. Click here to start a return and here to start an exchange.

The below items and orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All international orders, outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, etc.)
  • All made to order items
  • Sale items
  • Original shipping costs and taxes or duties are not eligible for refunds

Please note, from the date you receive your order (the date listed as delivered on your tracking number), you have 5 days to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges MUST be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number). We strictly do not make any exceptions.

If you return a package 4 or more days after receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number), we will not be able to provide a refund, store credit, or exchange and will ship you back the item(s) you returned.

An item purchased from MOR Collections is considered eligible for a return or exchange provided that it has not been damaged, soiled (including but not limited to deodorant or makeup stains, missing items, broken closures, rips, etc.), washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by MOR. Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.
