We offer returns for eligible items within 5 days of delivery receipt for orders within the contiguous USA.

- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery receipt.
- Returns MUST be shipped out within 3 days of receiving your return label via email (as shown on your tracking number). We strictly do not make any exceptions.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
- Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + re-sellable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will not quality for a refund.
- No returns on international orders outside the contiguous USA and items on sale (including Black Friday Sale purchases). Any customs, duties, and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

- All customizations are considered final sale.
